Special Session Must Happen

Dear Friends,

I am calling for a fourth Special Session to fight against vaccine mandates. Far too many Texans are feeling the burden of government overreach into their personal lives and these mandates must be stopped. Although this topic was included in the call for the previous Special Session, no legislation was passed. That must change.

The Fifth Circuit Appeals Court made the right decision in halting the unconstitutional federal vaccine mandate. Now it is up to the Texas legislature to reconvene to ensure that we address this issue directly to protect individual liberty and health freedom.
