Preventing Mandatory Vaccines

SB 77.jpeg

Today I filed Senate Bill 77. This bill prohibits discrimination against those who choose not to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by safeguarding their ability to retain employment and attend school.

It is vital to liberty that Texas allow individuals the right to choose if the vaccine is right for them, especially in light of the evolving science surrounding the virus and considering the vaccine lacks full FDA approval.

Senate Bill 77 prevents mandates that compel Texans to receive the vaccine while ensuring that vaccine providers still maintain an available supply of the vaccine.
