Counseling Services
If you have been impacted by the traumatic events at the Allen Premium Outlets and need mental health assistance, LifePath Systems is offering free counseling to the Collin County community. Please call them at 972-422-5939 for support. If you would like them to contact you, please click here.
Allen ISD counselors are available at all campuses.

If you have any information that might be helpful regarding the shooting at the Allen Premium Outlets, please contact the FBI Tip Line at 1-800-CALL-FBI. Witnesses can also upload digital media here.
Crime Victims Compensation Unit
The Crime Victims’ Compensation (CVC) Program helps crime victims and their immediate families with the financial costs of crime. CVC covers crime-related costs such as counseling, medical treatment, funerals, and loss of income not paid by other sources. You can learn more and apply for compensation here.
Support for Allen Fund
Communities Foundation of Texas has established the Support for Allen Fund to collect funds that provide support for those who have been impacted by this tragedy. In the coming days and weeks, families of victims and those impacted will require support for medical and funeral expenses, as well as grief and trauma counseling.
